摘 要:研究了碳化硼(B4C)压坯烧结时线收缩和密度与烧结温度和烧结时间的关系,根据黄培云综合作用烧结理论,得出了表征密度参数与烧结温度关系的烧结方程以及烧结动力学方程.根据 动力学方程的系数,推断碳化硼的主要烧结机制为体扩散,同时有晶界扩散发生.计算了烧结表观活化能.
Abstract: The relationship between linear shrinkage, density and sintering temperature, sintering time was studied in the process of boron carbide sintering. According to Huang Peiyun′s Synthesize Sintering Theory, a sintering equation showing the relation of density and temperature, and a kinetic equation were obtained. From the coefficient of kinetic equation, it is deduced that the main mechanism of boron carbide sintering should be volume diffusion, and there also exists grain boundary diffusion. The apparent activated energy is also calculated.
