钼合8-羟基喹啉中取代基对环氧化催化性能的影响

摘    要:合成系列钼(Ⅵ)合8-羟基喹啉催化剂,并使用红外光谱、热重、元素分析等对催化剂进行表征。通过在氯苯体系中,以叔丁基过氧化氢为氧化剂催化氧化环己烯生成环氧环己烷的反应,考察系列钼合8-羟基喹啉的催化性能。研究结果表明:喹啉环上五位和七位取代基对催化剂的活性影响显著,靠近配位点的取代基对催化剂活性的影响更明显,其中五位取代基的供电子能力越强,其对催化剂的活性加强作用越明显,同时,仅当七位卤素取代基不同时,催化剂稳定性和活性随着卤素原子序数增大而增强。

Abstract: A series of 8-hydroxyquinoline molybdenum (Ⅵ) complexes were synthesized and their catalytic behaviors were investigated in epoxidation of cyclohexene with tert-butyl hydroperoxide in chlorobenzene medium. The structures and properties of the catalysts were studied via FT-IR, TG and elemental analysis. The results show that substituent groups have large influences on the catalytic activity. The enhanced effect of the catalytic activity can be more obvious along with the improvement of the substituent groups’ electron-releasing ability. The stability and activity of the catalysts become higher as the atomic number grows.
