基于颗粒群组构特性的氧化铜矿柱浸渗流行为分析

摘    要:以高含泥氧化铜矿为研究对象,针对3种不同组构的颗粒群开展柱浸试验研究,揭示顺、逆流渗流条件下不同粒群结构对矿样渗透性及浸出率的影响规律,提出氧化铜石堆浸的最优颗粒群结构。实验结果表明:颗粒群组构特性的差异主要表现在孔隙率和孔隙分布特征的不同。粒间孔隙的分形特性说明,孔隙分布分维数越小,表明孔隙率越小,颗粒聚集体之间也越紧密,颗粒群的渗透率也越小。在相同酸液环境下,顺流浸矿时矿样的渗透性及铜浸出率均比逆流浸矿时的差。3组矿样的渗透性由大到小依次为B,C和A,而铜浸出率由大到小依次为C,B和A。工程应用表明,C型粒群结构的氧化铜矿石在堆浸生产中具有良好的渗透性和铜浸出率。

Abstract: Using the highly-mudded oxidized copper ore as the object of the research, column leaching experimental research can be carried out in view of three different fabric particles, so as to reveal the influence law of different aggregate structures on the permeability and the leaching rate of ore samples during downstream leaching and countercurrent leaching. On this basis, the best particle group structure of copper oxide ore was put forward. The results show that the difference of particles fabric characteristic mainly displays in the difference between porosity and pore distribution characteristics. The fractal property of interparticle pore shows that the smaller the pore distribution fractal dimension and the porosity, the more closely the particle aggregation, and the smaller the permeability of particle group. In the same acid environment, the permeability and copper leaching rate in the downstream leaching are lower than that in the countercurrent leaching. The permeability of the three ore samples from big to small is B>C>A, and the copper leaching rate from big to small is C>B>A. Engineering application shows that copper oxide ore of C type structure in the heap leaching production has good permeability and copper leaching rate.
