烧结模拟烟气活性半焦脱硫研究

摘 要:针对烧结烟气特点,提出活性半焦脱硫工艺。对半焦性质做出分析,并介绍活性半焦脱硫机制;详细分析改性半焦E3对模拟烟气脱硫效果的影响,考察了活性半焦氨水再生法和热再生法。得出改性半焦E3对模拟烟气最佳脱硫温度为70℃、空速为700 h-1、烟气中水的体积分数为7%、氧的体积分数为5%。
Abstract: Aiming at the characteristic of the sinter flue gas,the active semi-coke desulfurization process was brought forward.The properties of semi-coke were analyzed,and desulfurization mechanism was introduced.The effects of modified semi-coke E3 on desulfurization effect was discussed,and active semi-coke ammonia and thermal regeneration method were tested.The results show that flue gas optimum temperature is 70℃,airspeed is 700 h-1,water content is 7%,and oxygen content is 5% for the modified semi-coke E3.
