基于DEFORM的长径比对热镦GCr15球坯质量影响的模拟研究

摘 要:研究了热镦Φ45mm GCr15钢球球坯实物垂直赤道截面的纤维组织流线特征,利用三维有限元软件DEFORM-3D模拟金属流动方向,两者吻合较好。进一步模拟了长径比在1.63~2.59范围变化时,不同的圆棒料尺寸对球坯质量的影响。结果表明,长径比为1.78时获得的球坯质量最佳。
Abstract: The streamline characteristics of fibre tissue on the section perpendicular to equatorial cross-section of hot forging Φ45 mm GCr15 ball-billet were investigated.Three-dimensional finite element software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the metal flow direction.The above two results was in good agreement.Further simulation was carried out to define the influence of the size of round bar on the quality of the ball-billet when the aspect ratio changed between 1.63~2.59.The results showed that the best ball-billet quality could be obtained by the aspect ratio of 1.78.
