企业跨国经营战略的多目标决策

摘 要:国际目标市场的确定、跨国经营方式的选择是企业跨国经营战略决策中通常要解决的两个主要问题。针对这种影响因素多、各因素间存在复杂关系的决策问题,引入了多目标规划方法,根据企业跨国经营的各种动机和条件,建立起有多个预定目标值及优先等级、约束集具有弹性的优化模型。实例分析与计算说明该模型有利于跨国经营企业的决策者寻找最满意的目标市场和经营方式,并通过目标、参数的调整使其决策适应经营环境的变化。
Abstract: The identification of the international target markets and the choice of the means of transnational operation are usually two major problems which need to be solved in the strategic decision-making of transnational operations. In light of the various motives and conditions of transnational operations, a multi-goal program method is introduced into the analyses of the decision-making problems with many complicated factors. Thus an optimization model with multi-predetermind objectives and priority ranks as well as flexible sets of constraints is established. Actual analyses and calculations show that this model is helpful for decision-makers of transnational operations to look for the most satisfactory target markets and ways of operation, and that it enables decision-making to suit the changing environments of operation by adjusting the respective objectives and parameters.
