摘    要:提出一种偏移分析的模型,即考察属性对象落入指定的属性范围的比率,若对象没有落入指定范围,则称其发生了偏移。运用该模型针对单台电解槽及其运行历史建立考核目标,用来量化和评价管理指标与控制指标。偏移分析模型分为单维偏移和多维偏移,用于考察单个属性和多个属性的情况。在偏移分析模型中,偏移系数F满足: 0≤F≤1,且F越接近1,偏移量越大,说明操作人员管理电解槽的水平较低;F越接近0,偏移量越小,说明操作人员管理电解槽的水平较高。实验结果表明,这种模型适用于铝电解工业控制。

Abstract: A model of offset analysis was put forward, namely, the ratio at which the attribute fell into the appointed area was observed. If the object doesn′t fall into the specified area, the offset occurs. This model was used to create an examining index to quantify and evaluate the setpoints for aluminum reduction cells in terms of their preceding performance and their running historical states. It is mainly used to analyze the production data from a management point of view. The offset analysis model is divided into two parts, single dimension offset model and multi-dimension one, to investigate the single property and the multi-property separatively. In the model, the value of the offset coefficientFsatisfied the condition: 0≤F≤1. The offset quantity becomes larger with the value ofFapproaches 1, which reflects that the level of managing the cells became worse. Contrarily, when the offset quantity is smaller, the level is higher. The obtained results show that the model will contribute to industrial aluminum production control.
