SAGD循环预热注汽参数影响规律数值模拟

摘    要:为研究不同注汽参数条件下井筒沿程关键参数分布规律,提高蒸汽辅助重力驱油(SAGD)循环预热效果,考虑割缝筛管完井管柱结构特点,建立SAGD循环预热阶段流体在井筒和地层内的流动与传热模型,并通过全隐式离散耦合方法对模型求解。以蒸汽返回水平段跟端干度大于0为目标,分析不同注汽压力、蒸汽干度和注汽速度对井筒内蒸汽参数分布以及地层预热效果的影响,进而优化注汽参数并对预热效果进行评价。研究结果表明:长油管内蒸汽压力和温度降幅比环空内的显著,环空内蒸汽干度降幅比长油管的明显;随着注汽压力增加,井筒压力降幅减小,环空内蒸汽干度降幅增大,水平段均匀预热效果减弱;随着蒸汽干度和注汽速度增加,井筒压力降幅增大,环空内蒸汽干度降幅减弱,水平段均匀预热效果增强;减小注汽压力、增大蒸汽干度和注汽速度有利于水平段地层均匀预热。

Abstract: To study the distribution characteristics of key parameters along the wellbore under different steam injection parameters, and improve the preheating effect during the preheating stage of steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD), a numerical model was developed to feature the fluid flow and heat transfer mechanisms in reservoir and wellbore during SAGD cyclic preheating stage in consideration of the structural characteristics of slotted screen completion string. The model was solved by fully implicit discrete coupling method. Under the premise that the steam quality was greater than 0 when the steam returned the heel point of annulus, the influences of different steam injection pressures, steam qualities and steam injection rates on the distribution of key parameters along the wellbore and formation preheating effect were analyzed. Then, the steam injection parameters were optimized and the preheating effect was evaluated. The results show that the steam pressure drop and temperature drop in long tubing are significantly higher than those in annulus, while the steam quality in annulus decreases rapidly than that in long tubing. With the increase of steam injection pressure, pressure drop decreases in wellbore, steam quality drop increases in annulus, and uniform preheating effect weakens along the horizontal wellbore. In addition, with the increase of steam quality and steam injection rate, the wellbore pressure drop increases, the drop of steam quality in annulus decreases, and the uniform preheating effect in horizontal section enhances. Moreover, reducing steam injection pressure and increasing steam quality and steam injection rate are beneficial to uniform preheating along the wellbore.
