微量Si,Sb,Ce对高磷铜钎料的影响

摘 要:本文研究了微量Si,Sb,Ce对高磷钢钎料的组织、冷热变形行为、焊接性以及对紫铜和镀镍低碳钢板的可焊性的影响.讨论了高磷钢钎料的冷热变形断裂原因.微量添加剂改善了钎料的加工性能和焊接性,其中Sb,Ce的效果又优于Si.
Abstract: in this paper, authors investigate the influence of the addtion of a small amount of Si, Sb, Ce onsuch properties of Cu-P brazing filler metals as microstructure, hot and cold deformation properties,brazing properties, and the influence on brazing copper alloy and low carbon steel coated with Ni. Therupture reason of the Cu-P alloy in hot and cold deformation is discussed. The conclusion is thatadding Si, Sb, and Ce to Cu-P alloys improves their workability and brazing properties and that Sb and Ce have greater influence than Si.
