螺栓连接双模量材料层合梁的弯曲变形分析

摘    要:按静不定结构研究螺栓连接双模量材料层合梁的弯曲变形,推导出螺栓连接双模量层合梁的弯曲应力、螺栓剪力及弯曲挠度的计算公式。研究结果表明:螺栓或销钉连接构件作为静定问题处理时,会忽略螺栓或销钉连接层合梁的层梁弯曲变形时产生的轴向压力;螺栓或销钉连接构件作为静不定问题处理时,则要考虑被螺栓或销钉连接层合梁的层梁弯曲变形时产生的轴向压力;所提出的计算公式为采用螺栓或铆钉链接2层或多层层合板结构的设计提供依据。

Abstract: By taking bolted or riveted components as statically determinate structures, bending deformations of bolted bimodulous laminated beams were studied, and calculation formulas of bending stress as well as bolt shear force and bending deflection of bolted bimodulus laminated beams were derived. The results show that if bolted or riveted components are taken as statically determinate structures, axial pressures caused by bending deformation of bolted or riveted laminated beam are ignored. If bolted or riveted components are taken as statically indeterminate structures, axial pressures caused by bending deformation of bolted or riveted laminated beam should be considered. The calculation formulas of bending stress, bolt shear force and bending deflection of bolted bimodulous laminated beams provide theoretical reference for the design of laminated plates with two or more layers connected by bolts or rivets.
