微粒赤铁矿控制分散浮选研究

摘 要:本文研究了矿浆最佳分散与增大欲浮矿物微粒浮选粒径的条件及其对浮选效果的影响。同时,根据实验结果对控制分散浮选的实质、过程的调节和控制作了讨论。
Abstract: In this paper, the fine hematite particles flotation under control dispersion is studied. The substance of this technology is combining selective dispersion and flocculate so as to lead to an incrcase in the selectivity and recovery of the fine particles under the flotation processes. The effect of pH, sodium silicate and ferrie nitrate, sodium oleate and PAMS (sulfonated polyacrylamide) on coagulation and flotation of fine hematite and quartz minerals is also investigated. A confirmatory test was carried out with mixed mineral, and better separating efficiencies were obtained.
