摘 要:通过介孔纳米γ-Al2O3处理包钢总排水中SO42-、Cl-、Ca2+用于高炉循环冷却水动态试验,确定影响介孔纳米γ-Al2O3吸附效果的因素,即通水时间和流量。结果表明:当pH=5,通水时间为10 min,流量为15 L/h时,SO42-去除率达到88%;当pH=5,通水时间为10 min,流量为60 L/h时,Cl-去除率达到75%;当pH=11,通水时间为10 min,流量为60 L/h时,Ca2+去除率达到84%。
Abstract: Both water flux and rate were confirmed to be two key influencing factors of meso-structured nanometer γ-Al2O3 absorption after the dynamic experiments of mesoporous nanometer γ-Al2O3 dealing with the SO42-,Cl-,Ca2+ from reusing water used by blast furnace at Baogang were made.The results show that SO42- removal rate is 88% when pH=5,flux time is 10min and flux rate was 15L/h;Cl- removal rate is 75%when pH=5,flux time is 10 min and flux rate is 60L/h;Ca2+ removal rate is 84% when pH=11,flux time is 10min and flux rate is 60L/h.
