摘 要:研究了高密度合金在液相烧结中的变形,提出了变形模型.实验结果表明,随W含量降低、液相烧结温度提高、保温时间延长,变形将更为严重.变形的结果使得显微组织、性能和尺寸发生很大的变化.根据变形模型,可以预测控制变形的方法.
Abstract: Slumping and distortion are a problem of liquid phase sintered tungsten heavy alloy. The distortion makes complex parts dimensionless and limits the development of powder injection molding (PIM). This paper studied the distortion of powder injection molded (PIM) tungsten heavy alloy during liquid phase sintering, and proposed a distortion model. The results, a nalysis and the distortion model showed that the distortion increased with the decrease of tungsten content, increase of temperature and sintering time. The distortion resulted in changes of microstructure, properties and dimensions. Methods of controlling the distortion could be predicted according to the distortion model. Increase in tungsten phase volume, W-W continguity and viscosity, decrease in sintering temperature and holding time, and solid state sintering before liquid phase sintering to form a firm connected W skeleton will all help dimension control.
