深海集矿机模型车行走驱动系统

摘    要:研制了1台集矿机模型车,并通过对集矿机模型车液压驱动系统中所用的比例阀、变量泵以及液压马达的分析研究,分别建立其数学模型;采用PI控制,利用Simulink工具箱对该系统的数学模型进行仿真。在仿真过程中,通过变换负载及改变PID控制器参数来观察输出结果。仿真结果表明:当增加负载时,系统振荡增大,这与系统的实际情况相符;当加入微分控制时,仿真波形有很大毛刺,这说明采用PI控制器比较合适。

Abstract: A mould of an ocean mining machine was built. By analysing the proportional valve, variable pump and motor of this fluid drive system, the mathematical modelings of 3 parts were built, respectively. The modelings were simulated in Simulink by using PI control. In the process of simulation, the outcome with different load and different parameter of PID controller can be obtained. In the course of emulation with the increase of load, the surge of this system is increased, this is in conformity with actual conditions of the system; when using the differential to control, the emulation wave has a lot of burr, which proves adopting PI controller is relatively suitable.
