规则固溶体α-c曲线的标准方程

摘 要:本文基于溶质和溶剂原子的特征态和特征晶格参量的新概念,以及特征晶格参量迭加定律——广义Vegard定律,导出了规则固溶体a-c曲线的一个标准方程:a=(1-c)a1,0+ca2,J+c(1-c)[(a1,J-a1,0+(a2,J-a2,0)];就a-c曲线极值存在的条件进行了讨论;并以Au-Ag系为例,介绍了一种最简单的连续固溶体价电子结构的分析方法。
Abstract: On the basis of the new concepts of the characteristic state and characteristic lattice parameter,and of the sum law for characteristic lattice parameter-generalized Vegard′s law,we have deduced a normative equation of a-c curve for the regular solid solutions,a=(1-c)a1.0+ca2,J+c(1-c)[a1,J-a1,0)+(a2,J-a2,0)].The condition of the existence of the extreme value for a-c curve has been discussed.Taking Au-Ag alloy system as an example,an analysis method of valence electron structure of continuous solid solutions has been introduced.
