摘 要:用淬冷法研究了CaO(20%)对FeO-FeO1.5-SiO2体系在1300℃下液相区的影响。存在的相用显微检验和X射线衍射技术确定,用化学分析法测定氧化铁和氧化亚铁的含量。将本实验结果与前人发表的信息相结合构筑了CaO(20%)-FeO-FeO1.5-SiO2体系在1300℃下的平衡相图。此体系的液相区变得比FeO-FeO1.5-SiO2体系的液相区更大,并且它一直延伸到SiO2-FeO1.5(20%CaO)边上。
Abstract: The influence of CaO(20%)on the liquid field of the system FeO-FeO1:5-SiO2 at 1300℃was investigated with quenching method.The phases present were determined with microscopicexamination and X-ray diffraction techniques.The contents of ferric oxide and ferrous oxide weredetermined with chemical analyses.The equilibrium phase diagram of the system CaO(20%)-FeO-FeO1:5-SiO2 at 1300℃ was constructed by combining this experimental results with the previouslypublished information.The liquid field in the system becomes wider than that in the system FeO-FeO1:5-SiO2,and it extends straight up to the side of SiO2-FeO1:5(20% CaO).
