片状α-Fe2O3的制备及其生长机理

摘    要:以FeCl3·6H2O为原料,复合硫酸盐(Na2SO4+K2SO4)为助熔剂,采用不同的前驱体制备方式得到片状α-Fe2O3粉体。利用SEM和激光粒度分析前驱体制备条件和助熔剂用量对粉体形貌的影响,通过XRD检测进一步探讨α-Fe2O3晶体的生长机理和晶体缺陷的成因。研究结果表明:采用液相法将原料溶于0.2 mol/L稀硫酸中制备前驱体,辅以添加剂,可合成表面光滑、具有明显六角形片状的α-Fe2O3粉体,厚度为400~600 nm,平均径厚比为90,其成分为纯相赤铁矿型α-Fe2O3

Abstract: A flaky iron oxide was prepared by FeCl3·6H2O as raw material and sulfate salt mixture (Na2SO4+K2SO4) as flux, using different methods of precursor preparation. The effects of precursor preparation conditions and the ratio of flux on the shape of powders were investigated by SEM and laser granularity analysis, and the phase composition was characterized by XRD, while the mechanism of iron oxide crystal growth and defect was also discussed. The results show that using the liquid process to prepare the precursor in the presence of additives, the iron oxide powder has smooth surface and obvious flaky shape, with a thickness of 400-600 nm, average aspect ratio of 90 and the component of pure hematite α-Fe2O3.
