土工格室加筋碎石基层变形机理的数值模拟

摘    要:为了研究土工格室加筋碎石柔性基层材料的力学性能与变形机理,采用离散-连续耦合的方法对粒径为10~20 mm和20~30 mm的2档碎石和带有级配的碎石填料,以及3种最大粒径(NMAS)分别为37.500,31.500和26.500 mm的连续级配的集料碎石结构层在加载过程中的力学性能进行数值计算。同时对800 mm/200 mm(格室焊距/格室高度),600 mm/200 mm和400 mm/150 mm这3种类型的土工格室加筋结构层进行力链分析。研究结果表明:在同一型号的土工格室下,不同填料结构层承载能力大小排序为:级配碎石;粒径为20~30 mm的碎石;粒径为10~20 mm的碎石。当连续级配碎石的公称最大粒径为31.500 mm时,土工格室加筋碎石结构层的承载能力最好。碎石结构层加筋后,加载板正下方区域的平均应力较未加筋时的应力增大38.4~49.5 kPa,同时传递到下承层中心区域的荷载减小25.9~40.0 kPa,强力链分布明显受到了一定的限制,强力链主要分布在土工格室范围内,弱力链主要分布在土工格室范围外。

Abstract: The discrete-continuous coupling technique was applied to investigate the mechanical properties and deformation mechanism of the geocell reinforced gravel base on the process of loading. Two groups of materials were analyzed, including the gravels consisting with particle sizes of 10-20 mm and 20-30 mm, graded gravel, and three different kinds of continuous gradation gravels with nominal maximum aggregate sizes (NMAS) of 37.500, 31.500 and 26.500 mm, respectively. Meanwhile, the force chains of different geocell reinforced structures were analyzed, with the geocell models (torch/height) being 800 mm/200 mm, 600 mm/200 mm, and 400 mm/200 mm. The results show that with the same model of geocell, the graded gravel layer structure has the maximum bearing capacity, and that the gravel with single size of 20-30 mm, and the gravel with single size 10-20 mm have the minimum bearing capacity. The continuous graded gravel layer structure with 31.500 mm has the maximum bearing capacity. Compared with the stress of unreinforced gravel, the average stress of geocell reinforced gravel below the loading plate area increases about 38.4 kPa to 49.5 kPa, and the loading to the center area of the bearing layer is reduced about 25.9 kPa to 40.0 kPa after reinforcement. The strong chain is mainly distributed in the scope of geocell which is obviously limited in some areas, while the weak chain is mainly distributed out of the geocell.
