摘    要：专用数控机床的电气控制系统主要由主轴速度和进给位置控制构成,刀架、排渣和除尘控制为辅助机构,采用主从式两级计算机结构实现加工过程的自动化控制与在线监控,提高了电力机车牵引电机生产效率。

Abstract: Electric system of specialied numerical control machine mainly consists of main shaft ve-locity,control and tool feeding position system,as well as tool carrier, slagging device anddust removing system。It adopts hierarchical computer configration to realize machining pro-cess automatic control and online monitor. This greatly improves manufacture efficiency ofelectric locomotive engines.
