锑湿法冶金的基础研究(Ⅰ)——关于爆锑的形成条件

摘 要:本文全面系统地考察了温度,电流密度,电解液中锑、氯、氢等离子的浓度,搅拌强度以及电极材料诸因素对爆锑形成的影响。高的电流密度和锑、氢离子浓度,低的温度和氯离子浓度,搅拌强烈以及电极表面光洁等条件有利于爆锑的形成。反之,则不利于形成爆锑。在所有的影响因素中,温度和电解液中锑离子的浓度影响最大。查明了形成爆锑的临界温度和临界电流密度与其它影响因素之间的相互关系。
Abstract: In this paper the influence of such factors as temperature, current density,concentration of Sb(Ⅲ) ,cl- and H+ in the electlrolyte, intensity of agitation, cathode material, etc., on the formation of explosive antimony (E-Sb) has been investigated. Conditions favourable to the formation of E-Sb are:high current density, high concentration of Sb (Ⅲ) and H+, low temperature,low concentration of Cl- with intensive agitation and smooth electrode surface. Conversely, the formation of E-Sb would be restrained. Temperature and concentrtraion of Sb (Ⅲ) have the greatest effect among all the factors. The correlation of the critical temperature and critical current density for the formation of E-Sb with other factors has been revealed.
