评价润滑脂的新方法

摘 要:用旋转式粘度计对润滑脂进行试验研究表明:它的流动性能类似于宾汉塑性体,可用数学模型τ=τ0+η·D描述;即剪应力由两部分组成:屈服极限和粘度效应。此外,受剪区的塑性润滑膜可以采用牛顿流体润滑膜中使用的计算方法,但需引入表观粘度η*的概念,τ=η*D。研究结果为正确设计及选用润滑脂、润滑脂润滑系统,特别是为脂润滑的滑动轴承的设计、计算提供了依据。
Abstract: The results of the investigation with rotary viscumeter indicated that the behavior of the grease was generally similar to that of Bingham plastic. The flow behaviour is described by mathematical model τ=τ0+η.D, which consists of a viscus effect plus an initial yield condition. The Sheared regions of a plastic lubricant film can be calculated in a similar manner to a fluid lubricant film of equivalent viscosity τ=η*D. The results indicate that the correct design and selection of grease and grease lubricant system are the most important factors and provide basis in particular, for the design and calculation of slides bearings lubricated with grease.
