摘    要：阐述了基于冶金分析仪器群的化学成分分析数据采集和多点远程数据传输系统的设计思想,对系统开发环境、硬件总体架构、数据流程、软件模块、数据采集和传输方法以及功能特点进行了讨论,描述了一种冶炼分析数据采集和传输系统的设计和实现过程,并介绍了系统在冶金企业生产过程中的实际运行效果。同时给出了使用先进的快速分析仪器和计算机网络技术改造落后的冶炼生产工艺流程的一种思路,供冶金企业的同行们在使用信息化技术改造企业生产工艺流程时参考。

Abstract: Design concept of data acquisition and multi-spot remote transmission system for chemical composition based on metallurgy analysis instrument group is elaborated.Development environment of the system overall architecture of handware,data flow,software module,data acquisition and transmission method,and function characteristics are discussed.Design and realization of a smelting analysis data acquisition and transmission system are described.Practical operation effect of the system in production process of metallurgical enterprise is introduced.An idea of transforming backward technological process with advanced analysis instrument and computer network technology is presented to facilitate our colleagues in metallurgical industry when transforming technological process of manufacturer with information technology.
