摘 要:采用热模拟手段 ,研究了高径比为 2的TiAl基合金铸坯的包套锻造工艺。主要分析了包套厚度对变形组织的影响。结果表明 ,在较小的包套厚度时锻坯易发生大的局部剪切 ,造成变形不均匀 ;随着包套厚度增加 ,大的剪切变形消失 ,整个锻坯的变形组织均匀性得到了明显改善。
Abstract: The canned-forging process of a TiAl based alloy with a height-to-diameter ratio of 2 was studied by thermal simulation method, and the effect of the thickness of can on the deformation microstructure was also investigated. The results show that, large local shear deformation is apt to occur in the wrought with a thin can, hence leading to inhomogeneous microstructure. With increasing can thickness, large shear deformation disappears, and the microstructure homogeneity is greatly improved.
