基于自适应滤波的铸轧板形检测信号分析

摘    要:超薄快速铸轧同常规铸轧相比,板形奇异机理复杂,板形现象突出。根据铸轧板形缺陷的表征特点,建立了铸轧板形的数学描述。将板形检测信号视为动态时间序列,运用自适应滤波理论,建立了一种通用的板形检测信号除噪方法。仿真结果表明该法除噪效果明显,能满足实时控制要求。

Abstract: The fast ultrathin gauge roll-casting for aluminum strip rolling is a kind of highly efficient technology with obvious flatness phenomenon. The research focus in the roll-casting field is to ascertain the cause of flatness defect and to seek the way of automatic flatness control. According to the characterization of roll-casting strip shape, the mathematical expression of the roll-casting flatness was established. Flatness detection signal was looked on as dynamic time series and by the theory of adaptive filtering a general method was developed to remove the harmful noise from the flatness detection signal. Simulation result proves that the method can be used in real time control with good effect.
