镧对铸造镍基高温合金耐蚀性能的影响

摘 要:本文研究了La对GBC-12合金在1030℃下抗高温氧化以及抗熔融玻璃腐蚀的影响。结果表明:La改善了氧化膜及腐蚀膜与基体金属的粘结性,促进了Cr的扩散,有利于CrO3保护膜的形成,从而提高了该合金在1030℃时抗高温氧化和抗熔融玻璃腐蚀的能力。
Abstract: The effect of Lanthanum in GBC-12 alloy on the oxidation resistance of high tem perature and the corrosion resistance to molten glass at 1030℃ have been investigated. Experimental results have showen that Lathanum improved the adhesive strength between the oxide scale and the corrosion scale and matrix,promoted the diffusion of chromium in favour of the formation of Cr2O3.As a result,the oxidation resistance and the corrosion resistance in molten glass at 1030℃ were raised.
