矿物中微量元素硫的气相色谱测定

摘 要:本文研究了用环已烷提取——电子捕获检测(ECD)气相色谱法测定元素硫的条件,制定了测定矿物中微量元素硫的气相色谱分析方法。该方法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,准确可靠,简便快速等优点。方法的最低检出限0.03μg/ml,相对标准偏差<7%,与化学法的测定结果基本一致。
Abstract: The determination of micro amounts of elementary Sulfur in minerals was studied by electron capture gas chromatography.Elementary Sulfur was separated from minerals by using vibration-extraction with cyclohexane.The conditions that have been used for the determination of micro amounts of elementary sulfur are summarized as follows.Chromatograph:type sp-2308 Column dimensions:length 2m,internal diameter 2mm glass tube;Packing:chromosorb W,AW-DMCS with 6% OV-210 liquid phase;Column temperature:140℃;Detector temperature:200℃;Carrier gas:highly pure nitrogen,70mL/min;Detector:electron capture;Recorder:10mv f·s·d.(full scale deflexion);Sample size:1μL;Relative retention time of S_8∶3′20″The proposed method has the advantages of high sensitivity,brilliant selectivity,good accuracy,simplicity and rapidity.There is no known sulfur-containing compounds interference.The detection limit was 0.03 μg/mL.The relative standard diviation ranged from 3 to 7%.
