摘    要:在Ⅰ型多级雾化-快速凝固装置上首先研究了喷嘴液流直径对粉末平均粒度的影响,再用正交实验方法研究了其他主要工艺因数对纯锡粉多级雾化效果的影响。结果表明,喷嘴液流直径的影响不很敏感和显著,而在喷嘴液流直径为一定值(2mm)的条件下,旋转盘转速和过热温度对粉末平均粒度影响最大,喷射高度和过热温度对粉末形状系数和标准偏差有显著影响。纯锡粉多级雾化的最佳工艺为:过热温度350K,喷射高度85mm,气体压力0.8MPa,旋转盘转速4000r/min。

Abstract: In order to understand more about the multistage atomization process, the effect of nozzle diameter on the mass median size of tin powders is investigated at first and then the orthogonal experiments are adopted to study the effect of other important processing factors on the multistage atomization of pure tin by using the MSA-RS powder-making device. The results show that the effect of nozzle diameter on the powder median size is not very sensitive or remarkable. The orthogonal experiments show that rotating disk rate and melt superheat have the largest effect on the median size of tin powders and that spray height and melt superheat affect the particle shape coefficients and standard deviation very remarkably. The optimized process of the multistage atomization of pure tin is as follows: superheat 350K, spray height 85 mm, gas pressure 0.8MPa, rotating disk rate 4000r/min.
