封闭顺序对煤矿火区气体分布规律的影响

摘    要:为研究不同封闭顺序对煤矿火区内气体分布的影响规律,探索合理的封闭顺序及安全保障措施,降低封闭过程中的危险性,基于质量守恒定律,对封闭火区内气体体积分数变化规律进行理论分析,推导火区内气体体积分数变化的数学模型,确定动力学控制方程;对火区封闭前的燃烧状态进行危险性分析,利用数值模拟技术对不同封闭顺序封闭火区的过程进行数值计算。研究结果表明:以3种不同封闭顺序对火区进行密闭时,会使得流入火区内的空气流量下降,不同程度地引起火区内部瓦斯积聚;对于高瓦斯矿井,以“先进后回”顺序封闭火区时,火区内的负压会使得瓦斯进入火区,增大了火区内的爆炸危险性;以“先回后进”顺序封闭火区时,易引发矿井火区发生风流紊乱现象;“进回同时”顺序封闭火区能够短时间内切断供氧条件,爆炸危险性较低。在实际应用时,由于井下环境的复杂性,应根据矿井具体情况进行综合分析,正确地选择封闭顺序对火区进行密闭,加强对火区内气体的监测以及采取向火区内注入惰性气体等技术手段,实现煤矿火区的安全封闭。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of different closed sequences on distribution of gas in coal mine fire zone, to explore the reasonable order of closure and security measures, and to reduce the risk of closure, the change law of gas concentration in closed fire area was analyzed based on the law of conservation of mass. Mathematics model of gas concentration in the fire area and the dynamic control equation were determined. Through using the numerical simulation technology, different closed sequences for coal mine fire zone were calculated, and the state of combustion was analyzed before closing the fire zone. The results show that when using three different closed sequences for the fire zone, the inflow of air flow rate in the fire area decreases, and gas accumulation phenomenon in coal fire area will appear. For the high gas mine, when the “close inlet before outlet” sequence is implemented, the negative pressure in the fire area can make the gas into the fire area, and the explosion hazard increases. When the “close outlet before inlet” sequence is implemented, the air disorder phenomenon can occur in coal mine easily. When the “close inlet and outlet simultaneous” sequence is implemented, the condition of oxygen supply condition can be cut off in a short time, and the risk of explosion risk is low. In practical applications, due to the complexity of the underground environment, comprehensive analysis should be carried out according to the specific situation of the mine. The choice of closed sequence for fire sealing should be selected correctly. In order to complete the closure safely and effectively, the technical means, such as monitoring the gas in coal mine fire area and injecting inactive gas into coal mine fire area, should be applied simultaneously.
