铝电解用TiB2阴极涂层固化、 炭化的升温制度

摘    要:采用DTG, DDTA等热分析手段, 研究了高温固化、 炭化过程中, 铝电解用TiB2阴极涂层糊料的质量和能量的变化速率, 制定了涂层的变速固化、 炭化升温制度; 在此基础上, 研究了升温制度对TiB2阴极涂层性能的影响。 结果表明: 变速升温制度优于匀速升温制度, 采用变速固化、 炭化升温制度所制备的涂层形变小、无裂纹, 其抗拉强度达3.13MPa, 电阻率为23.2μΩ·m; 而采用升温速度为10.3℃/h的匀速固化、炭化升温制度制备的涂层形变大、 裂纹多, 抗拉强度小(2.69MPa), 电阻率大(28.6μΩ·m)。

Abstract: The mass and energy change speed of the TiB2 coating paste for aluminum electrolysis during its solidification and carbonization process was studied by the DTG and DDTA, and a reasonable heating program of solidification and carbonization was established. On this basis, the effect of heating program on the properties of TiB2 cathode coating was investigated. Results show that the heating program of variable speed is better than heating programs of invariable speed. The TiB2 cathode coating prepared by the established heating program possesses excellent properties, such as little deformation, no pores and fissure, great tensile strength of 3.13MPa, good electrical resistivity of 23.2μΩ·m. Contrary, the coating prepared by the heating programs of invariable speed has more deformation, some pores and fissure, tensile strength of 2.69MPa, electrical resistivity of 28.6μΩ·m.
