摘    要:采用X射线衍射、红外光谱及现代摄像等技术研究了K2TaF7-H2O体系中K2TaF7的水解特征及K2TaF7在烘干过程的稳定性;考察了K2TaF7与金属钠的润湿状态;同时测定了K2TaF7-NaCL体系中特征点的粘度及密度变化.结果表明:K2TaF7的水解是一个非常复杂的过程,K和F对钽盐会产生盐析作用,从而抑制K2TaF7的水解; K2TaF7活化的目的主要是细化颗粒,获得理想晶型; K2TaF7物料与液钠的“包覆”特征是K2TaF7与稀释剂的混合物粉末在液钠表面形成包裹层,而且熔盐体系的熔度、粘度及密度等物理参数对K2TaF7钠还原过程有重要的影响.研究结果可为K2TaF7钠还原过程参数的选择提供重要的理论依据.

Abstract: The hydrolytic hehavior and heat stability of K2TaF7 have been studied,and the moist state between the mix system of K2TaF7 alkali metal halide and melted sodium has also been investigated in this paper,by using the modern techniques of X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrum and taking photo.The density and viscosity of melting salts were measured in the K2TaF7-NaCl system as well.The results show that the hydrolysis is a complex process,and K + and F - prevent the hydrolysis of K2TaF7. The characteristics of the “coating” between K2TaF7 and sodium is coated layer of K2TaF7 melting salt on melted sodium.In addition, the parameters of the melting salt, e.g .,melting point,density and viscosity,have important effects on the process of K2TaF7 reduction with sodium.The conclusions provide a fundamental base for tantalum production.
