软黏土微观结构形貌与定量分析影响因子优化

摘    要:为了更好地了解浙江软土的微观结构,采用SEM电镜研究软黏土的微观形貌,并用统计学方法分析电镜的放大倍数和照片数对微观结构定量参数的影响。试验拍摄软黏土微观照片,对其进行的定性研究表明:试验所用的浙江软黏土是霜叶状、粒状和凝块状的土颗粒,通过多种接触形式排列成蜂窝和絮凝结构。定量研究表明:放大倍数在600~2 000倍之间时,孔隙面积率统计结果之间差异性不显著;以1 000倍放大的照片为例,给出了不同照片数对应的孔隙面积率的统计结果精度;最后分析了8张1 000倍放大的照片得到的其他微观结构定量参数。

Abstract: In order to master preferably the microstructure of soft clays in Zhejiang, the microstructure morphology of soft clay was studied with SEM. Influence of both the optimal magnification and the number of fields on qualitative parameters was analyzed by principle of statistics. The qualitative analysis shows that soft clays in Zhejiang are honeycomb or flocculent structure, and they are composed of granular particles, clotted particles and particles like winter withered leaves. The quantitative study shows that there is no significant difference in the statistical results of pore area ratio between magnifications from 600 to 2 000. Then 1 000 magnification images were studied, and the mean value, variance and deviation of the pore area ratio were given. Many other quantitative parameters were calculated according to the 8 images of 1 000 magnification.
