摘 要:本文研究了wC-高锰钢钢结硬质合金中的微观组织及相结构。用金相实验观察到硬质相wc有两种几何形态;用电解萃取及X光衍射测定出合金中存在有WC、γ-Fe、M6C、M23C6、FeNi相、并用TME观察了各相的形貌及结构,指出M6C是本合金的主要碳化物析出相。
Abstract: This paper deals with the microconstituent and the phase structure in theWC-high manganese steel bonded hard alloy. The two kinds of geometrical morphologyof hard phase WC have been observed with optics microscope. There are WC,γ-Fe,M6C, M23C6, and FeNi phases in the alloy which have been measured with methodsof the X-ray diffraction and physicochemical electrolysis extraction, and everyphase morphology and structure have been observed by means of transmission electronmiscroscope. Research work shows M6C phase is the main precipitation phase inthe alloy.
