长沙地铁典型板岩地层土压平衡盾构掘进参数精细化控制

摘    要:依托长沙地铁2号线典型板岩地段盾构工程,对盾构总推力和刀盘扭矩计算值与实测值进行对比分析,并对刀盘每转切深和土舱压力进行统计分析,提出典型板岩地层中土压平衡盾构掘进参数的控制值。最后结合地表沉降监测,对参数控制的效果进行评价。研究结果表明:采取理论方法计算板岩地层中盾构总推力和刀盘扭矩时,需对这2个参数进行修正。修正总推力计算值时,修正系数取1.4~1.7;修正刀盘扭矩计算值时,修正系数取0.4~0.5。同时刀盘每转切深应控制在30~40 mm之间;土舱压力应控制在0.09~0.13 MPa之间。基于地表沉降监测,上述盾构掘进参数控制值具有一定的合理性,且效果明显。盾构掘进区域内地表的沉降比较小,基本控制在1.5~4.0 mm。

Abstract: Based on Changsha Metro line 1 EPB shield tunneling project, the measured value and calculated value of total thrust and cutter torque were analyzed, cutter cutting depth per rotation and soil tank pressure were summarized, and then controlled values of EPB shield parameters were ascertained in typical slate area of Changsha Metro consequently. Combined with monitoring of ground surface subsidence, the effect of parameter control was evaluated. The results show that the total thrust correction item of calculated value must be kept in the region of 1.4-1.7, and the cutter torque ranges from 0.4 to 0.5. The cutting depth per rotation should be controlled between 30 mm and 40 mm at the same time, and the soil tank pressure is between 0.09 MPa and 0.13 MPa. According to the monitoring results of ground surface settlement, the controlled parameters have a relatively rational and obvious effect. The ground surface settlement is very small, which is mainly between 1.5 mm and 4.0 mm.
