CTAB与原油酸性物质的作用及润湿性反转

摘    要:在阳离子表面活性剂(CTAB)相间传质实验过程中,分析CTAB在油水之间的相间传质行为及其与原油中酸性物质之间的相互作用;研究水相pH值、原油酸值对分配系数的影响及其对碳酸盐岩表面的润湿性反转作用。研究结果表明:原油羧酸与CTAB相互作用,形成离子对,能促进CTAB在油水之间的传质与分配,且随着水相pH值的增加,CTAB在油水相间传质能力增强;原油羧酸-CTAB相互作用形成的离子对成为油湿表面的有效亲核,可使碳酸盐岩表面的润湿性转变为水湿,而且浓度高于CMC的浓度时,润湿反转作用更强,因为CTAB溶液中胶束的存在有利于岩石表面羧基化合物的解离。

Abstract: Phys-chemical interactions between CTAB molecules and acids in crude oil were analyzed in surfactant mass transfer system. Partition and mass transfer performance of CTAB from water to oil was studied as a function of pH and concentration of surfactant and the acid number of crude oil. Meanwhile the contribution of mass transfer on the wettability alternation of carbonate was also studied. The experiments show that ion-pairs between carboxylic acids in oil phase and the cationic surfactant favor mass transfer and partition of CTAB into oil phase, and the mass transfer and partition improve as the pH of the surfactants increases. Ion-pairs of CTAB-carboxylic acid groups in crude oil is nucleophilic to oil wet surface, so its partition in oil leads to wettability alternation of pores surface in carbonate rocks, from oil wet to water wet. The micelles of surfactant in water accelerate desorbing of carboxylic groups from surface, so wettability alternation is more efficient when surfactant concentrations is higher than that of CMC.
