微乳液-鲁米诺-H2O2-钴(化学发光法测定废水中痕量钴(Ⅱ)

摘 要:基于微乳液有增稳、增敏、增溶等作用,建立了微乳液-鲁米诺-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ)化学发光体系测定Co(Ⅱ)的分析方法。该法测定Co(浓度范围为1.0×10-9~1.0×10-6 mg/mL,检出限为9.15×10-10 mg/mL。测定制药废水中痕量钴,该方法与火焰原子吸收光谱法结果一致,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.0%~2.5%。
Abstract: Based on the stabilization,sensitization and solubilization effect of microemulsion,the determination of cobalt Ⅱ by chemiluminesence method with microemulsion-luminol-hydrogen peroxide-Co Ⅱ system was established.This method could be used to effectively determine CoⅡ in the range of 1×10-9-1×10-6 mg/mL with detection limit of 9.15×10-10 mg/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace cobalt Ⅱ in pharmaceutical waste water samples.The results were consistent with those obtained by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the relative standard deviations (RSD,n=5) was 1.0%-2.5%.
