摘    要：在探讨技术进步与经济增长的基本理论和测算模型的基础上,分别从宏观和微观的角度测算了湖南省技术进步对经济增长的贡献率和246家企业的技术进步状况,并对1996~2010年湖南省技术进步的发展趋势进行了预测,继而提出了加强湖南省技术进步工作的主要措施.

Abstract: The paper discusses the basic theory and calculating model of technical progress and economic growth. At both macro and micro angles, the paper calculates the economic growth contribution ratio of technical progress in 246 enterpries of Hunan Province, and then the paper forecasts the development trend from 1996 to 2010 and puts forward the main measures about strengthing the scientific work in Hunan Province.
