复合模板合成介孔二氧化钛分子筛及其脱模

摘    要:

以工业TiOSO4液为钛源,通过CTAB和P-123超分子复合模板诱导钛热水解自组装合成介孔分子筛前驱体,研究臭氧氧化、萃取、煅烧及综合脱模等对介孔TiO2结构的影响。采用化学分析、XRD、FT-IR、TG、SEM和BET等测试技术对样品进行表征。结果表明:水热处理的前驱体为锐钛相介孔TiO2;经臭氧氧化、分步萃取及多步煅烧脱模的综合脱模路线所得产物TiO2含量高达92.1%(质量分数),比表面积为133 m2/g,平均孔径为 4.65 nm。

Abstract: Using composite surfactant template (CTAB/P-123) as structure directing agent, the precursor of mesoporous titania with anatase phase was prepared via supra-molecular self-assembly route from industrial TiOSO4 solution under thermal hydrolysis condition. The influence of different template removal methods on the mesoporous structure was investigated, such as ozone oxidation, organic extraction, calcination and their combination. The obtained mesoporous titania was characterized by chemical analysis, X-ray diffractometry, Fourier transform infrared, thermal gravity analysis, scanning electron microscopy and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis technology. The results show that the as-synthesized mesoporous precursor has anatase phase under hydrothermal treatment. After combining template removal treatment, i.e. ozone oxidation to decompose the templates first, step-by-step extraction second, and multi-step calcination last, TiO2 content of the mesoporous product is 92.1% (mass fraction), with specific surface area of 133 m2/g and average aperture of 4.65 nm.
