联用色谱数据结合化学计量学分析紫苏化学成分

摘    要:运用GC-MS测定紫苏的叶、梗、子部位中挥发油化学成分,采用交互移动窗口因子法对其共有组分进行比较分析, 结合直观推导式演进特征投影法对重叠峰进行分辨,应用质谱库相似度匹配和计算保留指数对各组分进行定性,采用总体积积分法定量。研究结果表明:紫苏叶、紫苏梗、紫苏子的挥发油分别定性了28,35,38个组分,分别占总量的94.55%,87.91%和89.86%。三者共有6个组分,相对含量之和分别占紫苏叶、紫苏梗和紫苏子挥发油总量的15.26%,16.03%和33.84%。3种药材的挥发油化学组分差异较大,导致三者在药理性上存在一定的差异。

Abstract: Analysis of volatile components in Folium Perilla (FP), Caulis Perillae (CP) and Fructus Perillae (FPE) was performed with two-dimensional gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) data coupled with alternative moving window factor analysis (AMWFA) and heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP). The results show that 28, 35 and 38 volatile chemical components in essential oil of FP, CP and FPE are determined qualitatively and quantitatively, accounting for 94.55%, 87.91% and 89.86% total contents of essential oil of FP, CP and FPE, respectively. There are 6 common active constituents among them, accounting for 15.26%, 16.03% and 33.84% total contents of essential oil of FP, CP and FPE,respectively. There is great difference among them in pharmacology.
