三元扩散偶及其在相图研究中的应用

摘    要：本文通过分析三元扩散偶的相区分布图及电子探针测量的相界两侧浓度曲线指出:三元扩散偶电子探针分析法,不仅是研究三元相平衡的有力工具,还能提供某些相变动力学信息,建议将该法用于研究溶解度间隙之间的相互作用,无扩散相变的成分范围以及含有间隙元素的某些多元截面。

Abstract: Three kinds of concentration profile were presented to demonstrate that the ternary diffusion couple and electromicroprobe technique can be used to study not only the isothermal sections of ternary alloy system, but also the diffusionless transformation limit. It was suggested that the method presentd here might be used to study the isothermal-isocarbon activity sections of quarternary alloy system containing carbon.
