刚度和齿隙对功率分流传动系统均载特性影响的敏感度分析

摘    要:为获得影响面齿轮—圆柱齿轮两次功率分流传动系统均载特性的敏感性参数,建立该传动系统的弯扭耦合动力学模型。采用变步长龙格库塔法求解微分方程组,获得影响均载系数的敏感性参数。研究结果表明:对输入级均载特性影响最大的敏感性参数为输入轴X方向的支撑刚度和右分扭轴的扭转刚度,且刚度越小,均载特性越好;对分扭和并车级均载特性影响最大的敏感性参数为双联轴1在Y方向的支撑刚度和双联轴2的扭转刚度,且随着扭转刚度变化,均载系数存在拐点现象;输入级和分扭级的均载系数主要对其本身的齿侧间隙较敏感;并车级的均载系数对分扭级和其本身的齿侧间隙都较敏感;合理分配齿隙可改善整个系统的均载特性。

Abstract: In order to obtain the sensitive parameters that affect the load sharing characteristics of the twice power split transmission system of face gear and cylinder gear, the bending torsion coupling dynamic model of the transmission system was established. The sensitivity parameters affecting the coefficient of load sharing were obtained by solving the differential equations with variable step Runge Kutta method. The results show that the most sensitive parameters to the load sharing characteristics of the input stage are the support stiffness in the X direction of the input shaft and the torsional stiffness of the right split torque shaft, and the smaller the stiffness is, the better the load sharing characteristics are. The most sensitive parameters affecting the load sharing characteristics of the split torque and power confluence stages are the support stiffness in the Y direction of the compound shaft 1 and the torsional stiffness of the compound shaft 2, and with the change of torsional stiffness, the value of load sharing coefficient has inflection point. The load sharing coefficient of the input stage and the split torque stage is mainly sensitive to their own backlash, while the load sharing coefficient of power confluence stage is sensitive to the split torque stage and the backlash of its own. The reasonable distribution of backlash can improve the load sharing characteristics of the whole system.
