改性橡木焦炭对甲苯催化转化的影响

摘    要:为研究橡木焦炭对生物质气化焦油模型化合物(甲苯)催化转化的影响,采用固定床实验系统测试甲苯的转化效率,液相产物成分采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和BET比表面积测试法对橡木焦炭样品表征和分析。研究结果表明:在600 ℃和700 ℃时,甲苯的转化率不超过58.43%,到800 ℃时,转化率明显增大,KMnO4改性橡木焦炭的转化率高达93.07%;甲苯催化转化的液相产物成分含量与改性方式、温度有关,并且大多数为芳香族化合物,其中联苄是甲苯催化转化过程中的重要中间产物;KMnO4改性橡木焦炭和KCl改性橡木焦炭的表面附着无机盐颗粒,对焦炭活性提高有促进作用;KMnO4改性橡木焦炭的比表面积为575.80 m2/g,明显比其他样品的比表面积高,这也是该样品的活性进一步提高的原因。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of catalytic conversion of biomass gasification tar model compound(toluene) by oak char, a fixed bed test system was used to test the conversion efficiency of toluene, the liquid phase product composition was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), and oak char samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and BET specific surface area test method. The results show that the conversion efficiency of toluene does not exceed 58.43% at 600 ℃ and 700 ℃, but it increases significantly at 800 ℃, which is 93.07% of KMnO4 modified oak char. The content of the liquid phase product of the catalytic conversion of toluene is related to the modifications and temperature, and most of them are aromatic compounds. Among them, bibenzyl is an important intermediate product in the catalytic conversion of toluene. There are inorganic salt particles attached to the surface of KMnO4 modified oak char and KCl modified oak char, which promotes the improvement of char activity. The specific surface area of KMnO4 modified oak char is 575.80 m2/g, which is significantly higher than those of other samples. It is also the reason that activity of the sample is further improved.
