摘    要：文中依据笔者几十年从事稀土工作的经验和掌握的国内外、省内外稀土行业情况，并结合内蒙、四川稀土整合的经验，提出了相关建议，供有关方面参考.重点涉及江西省稀土产业整合战略，整合主体，整合公司冠名，整合公司基本架构，发展布局，整合手段，积极筹集整合资本金，争取国家政策支持与制定相应的整合政策等几个关键性问题.另外建议夯实资源基础，加速科技创新，搞好技术培训与推广.

Abstract: Related Suggestions are put forward for reference based on the decades of working experiences in rare earth field and the industrial situation at home and abroad as well as the rare earth industrial integration experiences in Inner Mongolia and Sichuan province. The following key aspects are mainly involved, such as the strategies, the main body and the measures of rare earth industrial integration in Jiangxi province; the name, the basic structure and the development layout of the integrated companies; how to actively raise funds for integration; how to win the support of national policies and lay down related integration policies. The paper also proposes to lay solid foundation in resources, speed up scientific and technological innovation and reinforce skill training and promotion.
