摘    要:对比研究了常规热机械处理和包套锻复合热机械处理技术中,材料的显微组织和热学行为.揭示了常规热机械处理下,由于应力分布不均匀和变形过程中充分地发生着动态再结晶,造成材料的显微组织不均匀;而在包套锻复合热机械处理技术下,由于实现快速变形,热变形材料储能高,随后的等温再结晶退火可获得均匀的显微组织.

Abstract: The microstructures and thermol behaviors of TiAl based alloy thermal-mechanical treated by both normal processing and new technique were investigated. It was found that the sample produced by normal thermal-mechanical treatment showed inhomogeneity, which was due to the dynamic-recrystallization of hot-deformed material. However,In the processing of multi-step thermol-mechanical treatment for sample canned, TiAl based alloy can iran form into uniform microstruture after annealing treatment at a temperature. because of the rapid hot deformation
