摘    要:The process mineralogy of the silt was studied in the bottom of the reservoir of Chongqin segment of Yangtze basin, which is a complex mineral colony with high Si, high Ca-Mg, high Al type gangue and little Fe and Ti. Rue-of-mine ore contains Sc 6.6 g·t-1, ilmenite among them contains Sc 101 g·t-1, Ti picrite which is a main mineral with Sc in the silt contains the highest Sc content of 121 g·t-1, and meantime it is the most valuable object to recover. The experiment researches have been made by different technology schemes, the semi-industrial experiments on Sc have been made, the best experiment condition of technology flow sheet was found and a index was obtained. In the semi-industrial experiment of the separation, Sc concentrate with the grade of 96.23 g·t-1 and the recovery of 62.11% may be obtained by throwing tailings of the spire and adopting the flow sheet of gravity concentration-magnetic separation-electrostatic separation. In the half industry of leaching Sc, the feed phase is turned by the oxalic and the sodium hydroxide. After obtaining crude produce of Sc, in order to purify, adopting muriatic acid dissolve, leaching TBP, deposing and filtrating by the oxalic, incinerating by high temperatures, the end produce of Sc is obtained with the grade of 99.85%. Sc of 99.99% purity was obtained by the way of vacuum metallurgy deoxidize.
