界面相互作用与石英、赤铁矿颗粒的凝聚行为

摘 要:通过沉降试验、ξ电位检测、接触角的测定以及运用界面力的基本理论研究了-10μm以下的赤铁矿和-22μm以下的石英微粒之间的凝聚、分散行为.实验结果及理论计算证实了控制界面力对微粒凝聚状态的至关重要性,指出了经典的DLVO理论的适应范围及局限性,经典的DLVO理论只有被扩展才能准确地描述亲、疏水颗粒(因药剂作用)的分散、聚集行为.
Abstract: Aggregation and dispersion between-10 μm hematite and-20 μm quartz are inverstigated and discussed through settlement tests, zeta-potential and contact angle measurements, particle size analysis as well as the hydrodynamics and surface forces calculations.Test results and theoretical calculation confirm that controlling interaction forces between fine particles plays a very important role in aggregation and dispersion. Furthermore, classical DLVO theory which disagrees with experiment results must be extended in terms of theoretical calculation so as to exactly account for aggregation and dispersion of hydrophobic particles resulting from the reagents.
