岸边软土区碎石桩复合地基沉降正交数值试验分析

摘    要:基于正交试验理论数值模拟试验方案,在ANSYS构建的三维网格模型基础上,通过FLAC3D软件模拟计算分析,获得岸边软土区碎石桩复合地基沉降特性、影响加固效果的主要因素及影响规律,并由极差、方差分析量化各因素的影响权重。通过对数值试验结果进行回归分析,得到各影响因素下复合地基的沉降计算式。研究结果表明:复合地基中各影响因素对最大沉降的影响程度存在差异,其中软土层压缩模量、路堤下中点软土厚度、泊松比具有极显著影响;下卧硬层倾斜影响最大沉降值位置点,沉降变形曲线不再对称分布,在工程实践中需引起重视。

Abstract: The three-dimensional mesh model was established with ANSYS and then calculated and analyzed with FLAC3D software to explore settlement characteristics of gravel pile composite foundation in shore combining with the simulation testing scheme based on the theory of orthogonal design. Then the factors which influence strengthening efficiency and the quantification of each factor’s influence weights were discussed by means of range analysis and variance analysis. The settlement calculation formula of composite foundation under influencing factors was given based on the experimental results of regression analysis. The results show that influence factors on the maximum subsidence in the composite foundation have different effect degrees. Among those factors the soft soil compression modulus, the thickness of midpoint of soft soil under embankment and the Poisson''''s ratio have very significant influence. Inclined bedrock affects the position of the maximum settlement value. The symmetrical deformation curve is no longer in a symmetrical distribution, so those factors must be paid attention to in engineering practice.
