42CrMo合金棒材降温轧制工艺研究

摘 要:根据宝钢股份公司特殊钢分公司合金钢棒材分厂的工艺和设备能力,结合现场实测参数和理论计算模型,确定42CrMo钢的轧制力能参数计算公式。在满足该轧机和主电机的能力、轧制产品的组织性能和表面质量的条件下,将42CrMo钢的加热温度从1 150℃降到1 030℃,使生产线的总能耗减低6.90%,实现了节能降耗的目标。
Abstract: Base on the analysis of the process and equipment abilities in the Alloy Bars Factory of Special Steel Brach,BaoSteel Co.,Ltd.,The rolling force and energy calculation equation for 42CrMo steel were carried out by practically measuring technical parameters and theoretical math model.On the condition of satisfying the mills and motors capability,the structural properties and surface quality of the rolled bar,the heating temperature of 42CrMo steel was lowered from 1 150 ℃ to 1 030 ℃,the total energy consumption was reduce by 6.90%.The target of energy saving was realized.
