基于LS-SVM/PID逆模复合控制在连续搅拌反应釜中的应用

摘    要:针对化工过程连续搅拌反应釜(Continuously stirred tank reactor, CSTR)中的强非线性问题,从系统的输入输出数据出发,研究了基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的逆模型及控制,提出了将直接逆模控制与PID反馈控制相结合的复合控制策略。将该策略应用于CSTR中,与单一PID控制系统的仿真结果比较表明:基于LS-SVM/PID复合控制系统在处理CSTR非线性对象时,具有良好的跟踪性能和良好的抗干扰性。

Abstract: For the problem of strong nonlinear in chemical process of continuous stirrer tanks, based on input/output data from the system, the inverse model based on the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) identification and control was studied, and the composite control strategy combining directly inverse model control with a single PID feedback control was presented. This composite strategy was applied in a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR). Compared with a single PID control, the simulation results show that LS-SVM/PID composite control system of CSTR nonlinear object has good tracking performance and anti-jamming.
