摘 要:
以硝酸铈铵为引发剂刑用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)在羧甲基壳聚糖骨架上的接枝反应,制备了羧甲基二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵壳聚糖(CMCTS-DMDAAC)通过三因素三水平正交实验得出羧甲基壳聚糖与DMDAAC反应的优化实验条件为:反应温度为90℃,反应pH为7.0,反应时间为2h,引发剂用量为占羧甲基壳聚糖质量的1.5%,单体用量为羧甲基壳聚糖质量的1.5倍反应产物的结构通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重/差热分析、X衍射及扫描电镜进行了表征。
Abstract:
Carboxymethyl chitosan-dimethyl-diallyl-ammonium chloride (CMCTS-DMDAAC) was prepared via graft reaction of dimethyl-diallyl-ammonium chloride onto the chain of carboxymethyl with ammonium cenum nitrate as initiator. The reactive conditions between the carbox-ymethyl chitosan and quaternizational reagent DMDAAC was optimized by three factorq and three levels orthogonal experiment as follows: the reaction temperature is 90℃; reaction pH value is 7.0; reaction time is 2 h; the initiator amount was l.5 % of the chitosan quantity; monomer amount was l.5 times as chitosan quantity. The product structure was characterized by using IR,UV, X-ray diffraction, TC/DTA and SEM.
