有机郎肯循环发电系统工质优化选择

摘    要:考虑汽轮机和工质泵等熵效率的前提,推导出适用于小型有机郎肯循环(ORC)发电系统热效率的理论计算公式。用推导出的公式对满足小型ORC发电系统工质热物性基本要求的4种工质(R134a,R123,R245fa和R227ea)进行热效率计算。计算结果表明:R134a的热效率比其他3种工质的高,更适合做小型ORC发电系统的循环工质。用热力学计算软件CyclePad对计算结果进行模拟验证,模拟结果与理论计算结果一致。

Abstract:

Considering the isentropic efficiency of steam turbine and pump, the theoretical calculation formula of thermal efficiency for the small organic Rankine cycle (ORC) system was deduced. According to the formula derived, the thermal efficiency of four organic working fluids (R134a, R123, R245fa and R227ea) for the small ORC system were calculated under the same condition. Results show that the thermal efficiency of R134a is the best and R134a is the most suitable working fluid. The thermodynamic process is also simulated by the software CyclePad, which shows the agreement with the theoretical calculation one.
